What percentage of people do you think are crazy?

I use the term crazy loosely and informally. Considering the people I know, the people I've worked with, and the people I'm related too, the world seems to have too many crazy people. By crazy I mean - having serious problems relating to other people, social disorders, significant emotional problems, having a particularly low IQ, or outright insane. I'm going to hazard a guess at at least 10% but it could be a lot higher, up to 30% or even more. All opinions are valued, since I'm interested in your perception, not just facts.

3. 100% of the people i regularly interact with think i'm crazy. Which is fine by me, considering i happen to think 100% of the people i regularly interact with are crazy in some way, i just happen to know precisely which way.
4. the world balances itself out very well lol each individual has issues. Emotional, social disorders, no one is perfect - humans need to have flaws
5. I think just about everyone has some sort of mental problem, but it probably is so slight that we are capable of dealing with things on a day to day basis. Outright crazy? 15-20%.
